Meet your presenter 
With 20 years of executive recruiting experience, Kristen Perez has dedicated her career to helping organizations build high-performing teams. Having worked in Human Resources roles that focus on Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development, she brings a deep understanding of what it takes to identify and attract top-tier talent. Kristen specializes in filling Human Resources executive roles nationwide with a strong background in Corporate Functions like Finance, Marketing and operations. She has extensive experience across industries including Manufacturing, Logistics, Oil & Gas, Aviation, Consulting, Private Equity, and Healthcare in Private Equity, Public and Privately owned companies. Her journey in recruiting began after earning a Bachelor’s in Marketing with a Minor in Health Administration from Rider University, followed by an MBA from The University of Phoenix. She is a SHRM-CP-certified professional and a Predictive Index Certified Practitioner, leveraging these credentials to deliver data-driven, people-focused hiring solutions. Kristen’s passion for recruitment goes beyond job placements—she believes in building meaningful relationships, caring for the whole person (both client and candidate), and delivering excellence as part of a team. A New Jersey native, Kristen spent her summers at the Jersey Shore before moving to Houston, TX, where she honed her skills in the search industry. Today, she calls Naples, FL home, where she lives with her husband Josh and their three wonderful children: Dylan, who is beginning his college journey, and two daughters, Jenna and Meadow, who are in elementary school. Their family also includes Nemo and Dory, a pair of lively, verbose Hahn’s macaws who keeps the whole family laughing. In her free time, Kristen loves to travel, sing and play piano (when no one is listening!), try new foods, listen to audio books, play Call of Duty, spend time with friends and family, and embrace life’s adventures.
