Indie Bollman is a respected leader with over 30 years of leadership and executive experience in corporate organizational development and Human Resources. Her culture turnaround work is featured in Love is Just Damn Good Business by Steve Farber. Now the owner of Indie Bollman Coaching and Consulting, she delivers keynote speaking, leadership coaching, and consulting services. She’s the bestselling author of Leadership Truth Bombs: What Your Team Wants You to Know but Isn’t Telling You, based on her real-world insights into what teams truly need from their leaders.

Indie has held executive roles in tech and engineering, supporting startups and high-growth companies through team development and training programs. She’s also known for her early work in wellness, mentoring, and community leadership initiatives. Recognized as one of the “Pros to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive and a Woman of Influence by the Jacksonville Business Journal, Indie holds an MBA, SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, and is a certified life coach.
