Receive recognition as 2025 Annual Sponsor – (digital and/or print chapter correspondence)

Each annual sponsor will be the primary sponsor for the month they select (first come, first choice)

During your assigned month you will receive:

• 5 minute presentation during meeting/event3 slides company information on the screen during luncheon meeting (in-person)
•  30 Days as primary month sponsor listed on website
• (3) Complimentary luncheon registrations (Additional registrations may be purchased on the website)
• Table to display vendor materials and speak with HR members (in-person or virtual)
• Exposure to all members through distribution of meeting announcement
• Opportunity to distribute promotional items to members (optional)
• Opportunity to collect business cards for door prize give-away (optional) (in-person)
• 1 week prior to meeting your company will be highlighted on SHRM SWFL Social Media Platforms
